Zen Tao Che-Kung Tai Chi

Zen Tao Chi-Kung Tai Chi provides an opportunity to explore and develop the Zen practices of mindfulness and being present by participating in quiet walking, foundation exercises and Tai Chi. Participants are encouraged to follow the Taoist approach of learning by doing, by listening to what is within, and by participating in a way that feels natural and connected. Chi-Kung is a traditional Chinese approach to moving energy within the body. It is built into the entire Tai Chi practice, and is used as a healing art by Master Ng.

Tai Chi runs Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:45pm at the West End Community Center.  Beginners are welcome at any time.
